Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Teammons ("Teammons", "we", "us") is operated by Tsarev Capital S.L., a company registered in Spain (the "Company"). We provide software that helps managers run one-on-one meetings and keep a record of their team (the "Service"), available at teammons.com.

2. Two kinds of personal data

2.1 Your account data (we are the controller)

When you sign up we collect your name, email address and the workspace details you provide. We use them to authenticate you, operate the Service, send essential emails (such as sign-in codes) and, with your consent where required, product analytics as described in our Cookie Policy.

2.2 Your team's data (you are the controller, we are the processor)

As a manager you may enter information about your team members: names, roles, grades, meeting notes, check-in ratings, career notes and similar records. For this data you (or your employer) act as the data controller and Teammons processes it only on your instructions to provide the Service. We never sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train machine-learning models.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to record this information and for informing your team members, in line with your local employment and privacy laws. Team members may exercise their rights (access, correction, deletion) through you as the controller; if they contact us directly, we will refer the request to you and assist as needed.

3. Where your data is stored

Data is hosted in the United States:

• Database and authentication: Supabase, on Amazon Web Services in the us-east-1 region (N. Virginia, USA).
• Application hosting: Vercel, with compute in the iad1 region (Washington, D.C., USA).

For visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, transfers to the United States are safeguarded by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where our providers are certified, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Sub-processors

When we start charging for the Service, payments will be handled by Stripe. Teammons never sees or stores your full card details; Stripe processes them as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your workspace or account, the data is removed from the production database immediately and from encrypted backups within 30 days. We may retain minimal billing records where tax law requires it.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to team records is enforced by row-level security: only authenticated managers of a workspace can read or change its data. Meeting notes are private to workspace managers.

7. Your rights

7.1 If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, aepd.es).

7.2 If you are a resident of California or another US state with a privacy law

You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access and delete it, to correct it, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Analytics cookies can be turned off at any time — see the Cookie Policy.

To exercise any right, email hello@teammons.com. We respond within 30 days. You can also export or delete your data directly: deleting your workspace in Settings removes all team records permanently.

8. Children

The Service is a workplace tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
