Terms of Service
Effective date: July 6, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Tsarev Capital S.L., a company registered in Spain (the "Company"), governing your use of Teammons at teammons.com(the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
Teammons helps managers prepare, run and record one-on-one meetings and keep a record of their team. The Service is currently offered in beta, free of charge. We may add, change or remove features as the product evolves.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in email secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- One person per account; you may not share sign-in codes.
4. Your content and your team's data
You own the content you enter into the Service. You grant us only the rights needed to host, process and display it to you in order to provide the Service.
If you record information about other people (your team members), you confirm that you are entitled to do so under the laws and workplace rules that apply to you, and that you will handle their rights requests as the data controller (see the Privacy Policy).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to harass or discriminate against anyone, or to make automated employment decisions;
- probe, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or access data of other workspaces;
- upload unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights;
- resell the Service without our written consent.
6. Paid plans (future)
The Service is free while in beta. If we introduce paid plans, prices and terms will be announced in advance and payments will be processed by Stripe. Subscriptions will renew automatically until cancelled; you will be able to cancel at any time effective at the end of the billing period. Applicable VAT or sales tax will be added where required. Features that are free today may become part of a paid plan, but we will not remove your access to your existing data.
7. Beta disclaimer and availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. During beta we do not guarantee any uptime level. Export your data regularly if it is critical to you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or €100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability arising from wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Termination
You may delete your workspace and account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections 4, 8 and 10 survive termination.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the city of the Company's registered office in Spain, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules give you the right to your local courts.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
